Guarantee All of our items are believed GENUINE and are in good, collectable condition (unless specified otherwise). We will offer a refund to unsatisfied customers, provided the item is returned to us in the condition it was sent within 21 days of sending. So buy with confidence.
Payment Badges are sent out strictly AFTER all payment has been received. We can accept payment in cash (at the SENDER'S RISK), cheques or INTERNATIONAL money orders in sterling, US dollars or euros (there is no extra charge for payment by dollar or euro cheques, although these will take longer to clear). We can also accept credit card payments through Paypal, although we request you add 5% to the TOTAL COST to cover Paypal's fees. Alternatively you can pay through Bidpay, but be aware this is likely to cost at least £3. We use the current mid-market exchange rates, as quoted by the UK's Financial Times. The effective exchange rate will be the one when we confirm any order is successful, however a guide exchange rate can be found here: http://mwprices.ft.com/custom/ft-com/currency.asp
Postage All postage is charged at cost. Typically for one or two badges in the UK this is 75p for first class postage in a padded envelope. Recorded Delivery is an EXTRA 75p (with a "signed for" service and up to £36 compensation for loss) while Special Delivery (fully insured, next day delivery) is typically £4.25 IN ADDITION to basic postal costs. For international postage it is typically £1.50 for a single badge (uninsured, in a padded envelope) but the final cost will obviously depend on the destination and the weight of the order. We cannot accept responsibility for items lost or damaged in the post and any items sent without insurance are sent at the BUYER'S RISK.
