Anodised HLI Collar Badges

A pair of anodised aluminium collar badges for The Highland Light Infantry (City of Glasgow Regiment), each with a single, central, lug fastening. Churchill 1672.

Note: Colin Churchill, in his book on the History of The British Army Infantry Collar Badge, states these anodised collar badges were not worn by the regular battalions. Instead, he attributes them to The 52nd Lowland Volunteers.
