RDF OSD Collar Badge

An officer's service dress, bronzed, collar badge for The Royal Dublin Fusiliers with two lug fastenings (north and south). The reverse bears a plaque for manufacturer Firmin London. Churchill 1893.

Note: Colin Churchill, in his book on the History of The British Army Infantry Collar Badge, suggests this pattern was introduced just prior to WW1.
