OTC/Wellington Shoulder Title

A brass shoulder title for The Wellington College Salop (Shropshire) Officer Training Corps with two lug fastenings (east and west). Westlake 1797.

Note: Ray Westlake, in his book on Collecting Metal Shoulder Titles (second edition), notes this institution was redesigned as Wrekin College in 1921.
