KDG Officer's Collar Badge

A scarce, brass/faded gilt, collar badge as worn on the 'frock coat' by officers of The 1st (King's) Dragoon Guards with two lug fastenings (east and west - closed up). As Churchill & Westlake 1.

Note: I understand these were the original pattern officer's collar badges, cast and then gilded. This collar is approximately 46mm tall x 42mm wide.
