RAOC Officer's 1947-49 Cap Badge

A silver-plated, gilt and enamel cap badge for an officer of The Royal Army Ordnance Corps with two lug fastenings (east and west). The reverse is marked for manufacturer Ludlow London (upside down). As KK2124.

Note: Kipling & King states this pattern was worn from March 1947 to November 1949 only. Ludlow was typically associated with making earlier officer's cap badges.
