R Lincs Collar Badges

A nice, bi-metal, pair of collar badges for The Royal Lincolnshire Regiment, each with a single, central, lug fastening and 'sweathole' construction. Churchill 318.

Note: Colin Churchill, in his book on the History of The British Army Infantry Collar Badge, says these collar badges were introduced circa 1948, initially with three lug fastenings and later with this single fastening.
